8th May 2010 Windsurfing: Blithfield Wind Direction: NE Wind Stength: 10 to 15mph Surf / Sea State: Flat Air Temperature: 10C Sea Temperature: Cold Weather: Grey Max Speed: Distance Covered: No sign of the forecast wind when I arrived so I went out with 5.8 for a light wind wobble. A gust came through, but when I tried to slip my feet in the straps I realised I had not used the Techno since last summer and the straps were set for bare feet. Slogged back upwind to sort the straps and put the 6.7 on. Hot aches in my hands which is not good for May. The wind never filled in - OK on 6.7 for 20 minutes, but then it died again leaving another slog back upwind in the cold... |
